Opening Doors  Opening Doors is the only dedicated national charity connecting LGBTQ+ people over 50 with activities, events, support and information. They also provide accredited training to professionals, conduct research and create policy. They work across the UK but retain a focus in London.

The Kaleidoscope Trust  The Kaleidoscope Trust is a UK based charity working to uphold the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people internationally. They believe that the rights of all people should be respected equally, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

The State of the LGBTQ Community in the USA  A comprehensive new study from the Center for American Progress finds that many LGBTQ people in the USA continue to face discrimination in their personal lives, in the workplace and the public sphere, and in their access to critical health care.

THT Scotland  A gay and bisexual men's project based in Scotland, set up to deal with issues around sexuality, well being and sexual health for gay and bisexual men in Scotland. They provide face to face support, counselling, advice, social groups and free condoms and lube. They are also available to chat about such issues on-line.

United Kingdom Intersex Association  The United Kingdom Intersex Association (UKIA) is an education, advocacy, campaigning and support organisation which works on behalf of Intersex people.
