The 3rd place team went into the plate semi-finals playing the 4th place team from Group A and the 4th place team playing the 3rd place of Group A in the plate semi-finals. In the event of a tie in the league table, the result of the match between the two teams decided the outcome, and if that was equal then goal difference. |
