Intimate, erotic, poignant, the photographs of Howard Roffman are celebrations of male beauty
sensuality and youthful naturalness, tenderness and suspense. For the first time Howard's
pictures are featured in an exhibition which opens in London on the 29th May.
In 1991 Howard's fantasy became a reality after meeting John and Gary, an attractive young couple in San Francisco who wanted to be photographed. The pictures taken of them eventually lead to the book Three. That first photo session became a turning point in Howard's life -- the point, in fact, when he turned from being a frustrated voyeur into being a photographer.
