"In order to deliver your art, you have to know how to communicate, and learn how
to improve the ways of transmitting your "internal truth". For me, school wasn’t
for studying how to shoot or what to shoot; it was where I learnt to understand
and express my internal truth. I believe that if I didn't have professional schooling,
I would have dealt with the same subjects I shoot today, but with no clear idea of what,
why, and how. So school was mainly to understand myself."
